🫂 So sorry, RJ. Itching can be so horrible. Wish I had a magic wand for you!!

Does the cream help? Or cold, wet cloths? Do anti-histamines like Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) interact with your other meds, or could you check with your doctor about taking something like that?

Eucerin cream helps a lot but doesn't last, ice packs are too cold now, Benadryl interferes with the LYBALVY I take for bi-polar

Had a feeling the Benadryl wouldn't be an option.
Glad you found the cream - even if temporary.
Bummer about the cold packs. Those are my go-to. I have some hand towels in different thicknesses for different levels of cold depending on need.

I think I'm going to try an old practice that I haven't done since my Shotokan Karate days; Fourty years ago.
I'm going to force myself into "Transcendental Meditation" for healing... it scares Mrs Rj because it makes me appear to be in a coma for about an hour, or two... :rolleyes:
