Oh I have it in me... I dislike very few people. But when I do watch out. I can be vicious.... but they deserve it. I am a trustee on a sewer board and the office admin questioned my integrity a few months ago. He may still be bleeding (figuratively)

Well that explains it. When i cared for bipolar patients in the past there highs were so much higher and lows so much lower. And medication regimen needed to be strict or they were all out of whack... glad you r better..hugs from all of us
