The Israeli Attorney General made a rare public statement today stating that they're looking into criminal charges against whoever dropped the bombs on the Gaza "safety zone". I'm guessing some pilot got a "wink nudge" from his or her superior officer during the bombing briefing.

Why does Israel even have an attorney general if Israelis by definition can do no wrong?

Because no such standard exists.

How much decency can we treat when the efforts are incompetent to the point of failure? The military didn't want to do this in the first place because of the likelihood of failure, but Joe Biden and Tony Blinken knew better.

They did what they could do to provide passage of aid to those in need. The pier will be rebuilt and aid will resume even though Israel is blocking it (violating US laws in the process)

The Palestinian Arabs have been used as a weapon against Israel for decades. Their fellow Arabs have kept them trapped in poverty and misery to stoke the fires of hate and antisemitism. The sooner they can be freed from the toxic ideology of the caliphate, they sooner they can live happy, independent lives.

There is no Caliphate and Hamas isn't even on good terms with Al Qaeda or as you correctly point out most of the Muslim world. There is no Muslim unity to speak of. Gaza is dominated by HAMAS. They pretend a bit democracy to get money from the UN and the EC. HAMAS ideology is a fundamentalistic Islam. The goal of HAMAS is not a Palaestina state. It is the annihilating of all Jews in the Near East. And the first massacres on Jews by Arabs started already in the 1920ies.

Do you want to say that this is not true or unimportant?
