Monday, April 15th: First Ever Criminal Trial for a Former US President

Fuck you too. His comments circumvented another post that I was writing addressing dmallord asking your punk ass AGAIN how a former military member could call himself supporting trump. I dishonored your service last year calling you out on it and here we are a freaking whole year later and you still being the disgrace you can only live to be deflecting and posting some Megyn Kelly video in response. Traitor!
How does one circumvent a post you're still writing? Oh BTW, the vast majority of the military support Trump.

Oh, trust me, I’m not on a sex site like a fool debating politics for nuthin. I’m waiting for my partner to wake up so we can engage in some toe sucking that I hope to drop in the fetish section later. Holla!
TMI? 🤔

Yeah, Bn2f, that was TMI.

Easy. This site, believe it or not, informs you of other posts being posted. I figured one of you a-holes would say something but I didn’t know what or who. I thought, silly me, that it would be your dumbass answering the question dmallord posed at the end of his post but, alas, I was mistaken as you are and continue to deflect- instead, it was RR’s cowardly post that the PB indicated had come in. Wordy enough of an explanation for ya?

I’m out. You 3 dumbigos can’t even put up a good fight. You’re reduced to asking me the silliest of things and, as always, in whatever thread you decide to pollute you refuse to answer direct questions. GFY’s!
Haha. Take that HisArp.

Your currency, those road apples you leave in your wake as you stagger through the threads, aren't worth much.
When someone like Mallord insist he's morally superior to anyone who votes for Trump doesn't deserve a response. I acknowledged his service and moved on.

I provided a podcast consisting of Megan Kelley, Andy McCarthy and Phil Houston, reputable lawyers who demonstrated with legal expertise how the Bragg case was flawed and explained in detail how Judge Merchan bastardized the case to include letting the jury off for a whole week, left to their own devices during a very busy holiday weekend. Like these jurors will not interact with prejudicial citizens and not be influenced by Trump haters. I hope I'm wrong!

I thanked him for his service. The experience of that injurious service may be the reason for his current state of mind. I hope for his children's sake it isn't his DNA.

It's one thing to support Biden and hate Trump it's another to equate voting for Trump as some sort of moral deficiency. I loath Biden and I make no bones about it. There's enough compelling evidence of his corrupt and extremely racist political history. The leftist are quick to point out Trump's shortcomings but just refuse to look into their own backyard.

Ah yes, the the art of selective vision! When folks start flinging baseless accusations and conveniently overlook the elephant in their own room, it's like watching a magician but missing the rabbit sneaking out the back. So, perhaps a little advice is for our friends on the left: While you're busy playing detective with baseless accusations, don't forget to check your backyard for any misplaced skeletons. After all, a clean conscience is worth more than a rubber room stuffed with Bidens.

I’m posting this podcast of Megan Kelley with two highly respected attorneys* Andrew McCarthy and Phil Houston*, who will clarify the legal aspects of why this case is severely flawed. Listen to the facts and be objective. Take Trump out of the equation and in your mind replace Trump the defendant with a regular unknown citizen.

My postings have always been about fair and equitable application of the law…not defending Trump. If the legal system is not impartial, fair and equitable, then our system of justice is not a justice system but just a system.

Sorry I stopped listening after a few minutes into this. The slanted bias is evident the moment he called it ridiculous and called the judge cagey for not releasing the instructions. Trump crap.

Why did you even attempt to say listen to the whole thing? To piss people off?

Couldn’t they also be influenced by Trump lovers?

Vast majority?
You should cite some specifics to support that Trumpian 'many' of them, a 'bigly' number of them, almost all of them support Trump?

https://www.militarytimes.com/news/...by-majority-of-veterans-but-not-younger-ones/

Yeah, Trump leads veterans 52% - Biden 42%
Active military members. 37% - Biden 41%
Military women's views of Trump: 65% have a negative point of view about him - I wonder why?

The right wing commentary gripe that the defense is going first rather than last is without merit. NY law requires defense to go first.

“It doesn’t matter if there was a conspiracy to try and win an election,” Trump’s attorney Todd Blanche said of the alleged payoff plot involving Trump, who is accused elsewhere of election meddling and fomenting civil unrest to thwart Joe Biden from taking office. “Every campaign in this country is a conspiracy to promote a candidate.”
oh shucks... doesn't matter, everyone does it and it doesn't reeeeeeeally count *wink wink*
At the end of his summation, Blanche provided 10 reasons why jurors should find reasonable doubt – and acquit Trump. Among these reasons: Cohen created the invoices for legal services, not Trump, and there was no proof that he ever saw the vouchers or checks which prosecutors claim are illegal, Blanche said.
he signed a bunch of those cheques... did he do it with his eyes closed???

Blanche’s comment came as he insisted to jurors that Trump did not falsify business records – nor did he try to – and that jurors need not even consider his alleged efforts to sway the 2016 race by burying potentially damaging news coverage. Prosecutors allege that Trump plotted a catch-and-kill scheme during a summer 2015 meeting with his then fixer Michael Cohen and the tabloid mogul David Pecker.
nothing to see here, move on, everything's normal, don't believe your eyes and ears, nosir

Blanche did not admit that Trump plot with cronies to influence election results with a hush-money payment, and denied there was a conspiracy or collusion, but presented it more as a hypothetical: even if a media-campaign collusion did happen, there was “nothing criminal, nothing criminal about it, it’s done all the time”, Blanche said.

That has nothing to do with the language of the warrant...dipshit
Write this down. It will be soon discovered that through an Obama EO all classified documents are to be submitted for electronic copying for government storage. What does this mean? It means that the warrant and all that followed were unnecessary because the government had copies of those records all along. So, it was never about retrieving documents that would have been lost as the DOJ implied. It was "always" about disrupting Trump's ability to run for office.

Deflection.

The warrant language was the same as every other warrant.

No it wasn't. There has never been a warrant like it in our history.
It was a federal warrant which was like every other federal warrant. The secret service details were added on top of normal procedures.

They don't just change how warrants work.
