I can relate as I used to do QAQC check on my former employer’s work. I am now fully retired and no longer do it. Taxi services is more rewarding.

My last job was Quality Manager. I was responsible for making sure staff and providers met Medicare standards so the hospital got paid. Being retired is DEFINITELY more rewarding!

I think that I have it together so that I can liquidate the Back East place, load it all up and move Out West by this time (or before) of next year. I'm still getting the hang of the new money dynamics.

How far Out West are you going?

Meh… she’s confused. She at the rehab. Somehow she lost her dentures there. I don’t trust that she’s getting up and around as much as she should be.

So not great.

I'm so sorry! The facility needs to replace her dentures. They also need to make sure she's eating, drinking, and moving as much as possible.

Full moon was beautiful last night.

I am so tempered to show a pic of me mooning my friends at a wedding years ago.

It’s a wedding tradition. Back in the day they’d put those little disposable cameras out. Inevitably one of them would have a pic of my ass…

I wonder why I don’t get invited to weddings anymore???

I didn't catch it until it was behind the trees last night. I'll have to do better tonight!

Out of power but have emergency generator to panel. And have 25 gallons of gas just incase.

Got approved for an extra hour at lunch today and tomorrow. That extra time plus the cold pack has been very helpful this week. I'm loving it!
If given the choice, I would now vote "Yes" for a mini-siesta every work day (cold pack optional).

Wouldn't it be nice if the US was like civilized countries?

I'm glad you get an extra hour to sleep. Cold packs are wonderful!

Well it’s late night and probably beddy byes for most of you but here the sun is not yet up on a grey Scots day. I am recovering after our day eight hour drive back from the south. Good to see my kids and cuddle my daughter on her 40th and my son on his 42nd birthday.

Glad to be back in Scotland though away from people, traffic, noise and the stress of day to day urban living.

When I wake to this where else would I want to be other than in the arms of a loved one!

When I was working in downtown DC I walked 5 miles at lunch every day going to every monument in the area.
