Yes they do. For me it’s my dogs. I can remember every single one of them and there has been a lot. I currently have five. Three working, one in training and one retired. They live such a relatively short time

I can’t remember if. If I have really talked about my dogs on here. I train gundogs and during the season work them on one of the UK, if not European, most prestigious sporting estates. We do three days a week September through January with a few grouse days in August if there is enough about to shoot. These are my boys out last August. It was a particularly beautiful year for heather.

That is on the Queensbury Estate in Dumfries and Galloway. I think that was taken on Queensbury itself, the highest hill on the estate. It’s magical up there in high summer but bloody hard work as neither I or the dogs are “hill fit” at that point.

Everyone knows that horses are great mechanics.

“Um…. Wat, I hate to tell you this, but it’s either the flux capacitor, or the muffler bearing that’s gone bad… it’ll cost you 12 carrots and 16 apples to fix.”

Those flux capacitors are SO complicated! It does look like the two of them are intently examining the interior.

Cooks are found in my family: dad was the best and learned from grandma, my sister next to the chagrin of mom, mom and then me. I once dated a woman who refused to let me help her with cooking. That did not last. Let me cook or let’s cook together.

I love bring able to cook with someone. It’s challenging because H is mostly blind, gets irritated with me, then leaves and says I can "finish." It’s honestly easier to just do it myself.

I have made that pilgrimage to Tillamook. Very nice. It's available here another brand is the Umpqua. All very good

I like Umpqua also. However, it looks like Lilianna might be opening her own small batch creamery!
