I get catcalls and they clap when I walk in

I’m the same. Never had ‘em try a second time. When I went into the service they were drawing these huge vials and one kid looks at me and says “I don’t like needles.” I sort of laugh and tell him ‘aw, it’ll be fine”…well he did a face plant off the chair as soon as the little nurse pulled the needle! . “MEDIC!” Ten orderlies came running!

I, who had never been bothered by needles, found myself looking the other way…you know…just in case!

I donate blood every other month. They always do a good job of finding my vein.

But the two times I’ve needed an IV? Jesus Christ! Last time they almost had to cancel my colonoscopy cuz they couldn’t get the IV in. No one in the office could find it. 3-4 nurses tried before they finally found it.

Not a huge fan of needles….
