It’s about 60 (we do Celsius here but I think that’s what it is) here, and perfect

I knew there was SOMEthing I liked about you, Sin! I don't do the heat well, either. It was in the 70s today and that's perfect for me! Warm enough to wear sandals and let my pretty, painted toes peek through but not so hot that I'm boiling!

Don’t tell me. We had smoke right through the Rockies on our big Canada trip last year. Couldn’t see any of the mountain tops or glaciers

Oh, that's too bad, G! The Rockies are really spectacular mountains! The mountains in my area are called the Cascades. Many have glaciers on them. 🏔

Today I went to a fishery called Loganlea up in the Pentlands Hills south of Edinburgh. It was a great day with fish taking flies off the top. I had five to the net lost the same again and missed goodness how many takes.

Home from the grind. There were hourly people sent out to do non-contract stuff, mostly because we're having severe labor issues right now. Anyway, none speak English, or at least not well enough to understand instructions, bless their hearts. My co-workers have very little Spanish. So Wat got to be In Charge because he may not understand them well but he can make himself understood well enough to get his point across.


Cell phones will kill your hotel card key. So will the flocking vehicle fob.
