i believe it's the 'random bumping' that the rule applies to, threads bumped in order to simply disrupt... don't think it applies to bringing them back up if adding to their message, such as a thread a few years old that might have been talking about a certain politician who now finds themself indicted for something suspected back then.

I think I rubbed her the wrong way initially because she was a notorious Madonna fan...and one time when she was on her throne and feeling particularly yappy she made a post talking about the actress Gabourey Sidibe as "that fat black woman from the movie Precious." That was exactly how she talked about her.
so I got on her ass about it and said, well that "fat black woman" has a name and plus she was the lead actress. But you sure as fuck wouldn't call Madonna "that skinny gap-toothed white woman who sang 'Borderline.'" I wasn't even mean about it, I just let her know, hey, show some respect, she's a person.
ohhhh, she hated me doing that.

Once Drown got his right-fringe, assholish side exposed, his last stand was to spend his efforts on the Dead Pool, to regain his verve. Oof. When a certain member he hated humiliated him repeatedly in that little contest, he was done for.
