Good Morning @GreylagBeen lingering on the periphery of this thread for a while and thought I would wade in and say “Hi from Scotland”. On the side of the hill the gales batter us from time to time and have been relentless this winter but nothing like the weather extremes you guys get over the water. Just glad to hear everyone is safe!

I get like that sometimes when staying at a hotel.Anyone have any solid suggestions on how I can get some consistent sleep tonight and tomorrow night? I’ll be in a hotel in nyc. I’m not exaggerating that I have literally gotten maybe 2 hours of sleep since I woke up Monday morning. Also I don’t drink or use cannabis so it needs to be au natch. Appreciate any advice!I’m running on fumes and when I get to nyc this morning I have a lunch, 2 afternoon meetings and a dinner.

Have you tried melatonin tablets? They seem to work for me. 5 mg…seems to be right. The 10mg’s upset my stomach. Everyone is different but they help me fall asleep FAST! My problem is I will get maybe 4-5 deep sleep, then I’ll wake up….sometimes roll over and fall off…half the time I’m wide awake…that’s me though.Anyone have any solid suggestions on how I can get some consistent sleep tonight and tomorrow night? Less planned and sneaky. Once when my children were in high school and intermediate school we had 3 tornadoes in 24 hours! The unique unstable weather pattern caused this. I don’t fear much weather wise (although I have a healthy respect for Mother Nature), having seen just about everything, but tornadoes scare the ever livingLess planned and sneaky. Check it out for lots of good (melatonin, going to the bathroom) and bad (liquor) advice, but the things that have worked for me.

CBN (CBD w another natural agent) it has no psychoactive effect at all but good for sleep and anxiety
Stretching before bed
Going to the bathroom when I wake up no matter if I have to go or not.
