Going on 1pm here, I have my chicken flattie cooking away in the airfryer for lunch. I find the airfryer good for a variety of dishes, but it really excells with chicken, never had a fail yet.

I make a tuna noodle casserole and wondering what spices do you use? I like adding the cheese.

Well, for one, I add a cup of my favorite marinara for fun and games. I'm a big fan of general Italian seasoning. And black pepper. A bit of salt - sea salt - because. I think that, today, I'll use an Italian grated cheese blend and some fiesta cheese blend, too.


It doesn't matter much, because the worst one I ever made wasn't bad at all. Kinda like sex . . . .

Oh, the wife is thrilled with the new dishwasher, the last one packed up in January, she has been soldiering on quite bravely, but little things she said (like move your shirtless ass and get me a new dishwasher) made me think that perhaps it was time.

Interesting. I'm 43/48 of the continentals. The outliers will have to wait, although one of those Alaskan cruise things looks nice. The kids did one last year. They get around more than I do, but it's not like I sit at home.


Word magnets are fun to make awkward phrasings and funny images, too. I may have to take more pictures of the fridge.
