Anyone from the UK?

Hmm. Lord of the rings, I can't really remember the characters, though I did read the book, I struggled with the first 300 pages, and I saw the films. The hobbit was disappointing. I preferred that book.

also today, fed some Robins, they have teeny lil feets and I could barely feel them on my hand. One flew at me as i regularly deed it, so it wanted to make sure it was seen. All of them took food and went to feed the female, so, hopefully they will name a chick after me.

Also, saw a lizard.

now just looking at photos and hating all of them, wondering why i pressed the shutter. Took one roll of film too.

weekends are too short, but also long too.

Sundays are the perfect day to talk all things Middle Earth in my opinion. Every other day works too!

If I lived there I'd wanna be a Hobbit but go exploring and see the other places

They're mostly inquisitive but easily led. Lol. They like to party and eat seed cake.

Was it big, is it typical English lizard?
it was an adult, maybe one year off full size.

they are the ones you would normally see in the UK. 3 types of native lizard here, Common, Sand and Slow Worm. £ snake species too, Grass, Smooth and Adder.

I don't think I've ever seen any kind of reptile in the wild in the UK

I'm obviously not looking in the right places

i've never seen a Sand Lizard in the wild, held one as part of a show. Seen all the others and only the Adder i've never handled... almost did once, by accident!

OK, I've seen slow worms, and a snake in the wild, but never a lizard. It had legs right, slow worms dont.

yup. Slowies are legless lizards

Slow Worms have eyelids and snakes don't (technically, they do, but they are clear)
