Trump took money from Russia, supported Russia against US interests. That means that Biden has to be accused of treason!!!

We've seen this low-intelligence tactic so many times since 2016.

The NY Times did a nice piece on a recap of Trump's trial. It's expected to be kickstarted by the opening arguments and possibly the first witness, Mr. David Pecker. Pecker paid for the 'catch and killed' story of Karen McDougal, Trump's Paramore for ten months.

Added critical evidence will be the related story of E. Jean Carroll and Michael Cohen's payments to her for Trump's sexual assault case.

The Times states, "In internal records, Mr. Trump’s company marked those payments as legal expenses, citing a retainer agreement. Yet no such expenses existed, prosecutors say, and the retainer agreement was fictional."

'Behold,' the prosecutor will declare, 'these are the first of several irrefutable evidence entries, all supported by documentary proof, that will be presented to you members of the jury. Get ready to be convinced beyond any reasonable doubt.'

The Times adds, "Mr. Trump signed several of the checks in the White House, as prosecutors will surely point out at the trial." Cohen has a voice recording of the conversations concerning payments between Trump and others.

"The lack of a firsthand witness to confirm Mr. Cohen’s account is a potential flaw in the case, but it may not be fatal. Prosecutors plan to introduce a document containing Mr. Weisselberg’s handwritten notes about the reimbursements — a key piece of evidence demonstrating that Mr. Cohen did not act alone.

"And a recording Mr. Cohen made of a call he had with Mr. Trump will capture the former president discussing the deal with Ms. McDougal."

The smell of popcorn and the heat of steam rising from around Trump's collar will be visible by the time the Judge avels the first day closed. Look for at least twenty minutes of Trump at the front doors over how he is being railroaded by the crooked Joe Biden DOJ.

This is a pro forma trial that is not expected to withstand appeal.

As usual, we non-lawyers should have said 'alleged crimes' until after the 'alleged impartial jury's verdict' is read after his 'alleged fair trial.'
