I don’t need someone who’s a good decade younger than me telling me about sleep patterns and alcohol use.

For the sake of my single bottle of beer in an evening.

I didn’t invite a critique on myself, it was given to me. It wasn’t necessary frankly. It’s a bit pissing on one’s parade.

I should have been less brusque earlier, it’s not to my exacting and normally forgiving standards, I accept.
