It's my fault. Somehow I thought between the original post and the follow up post that Fred had gone missing.

Missed the forest for the trees (and Fred, apparently) that it was a follow-up comment on the original post and not a "Missing Kitty Alert".

That's on me... I'm conditioned. Someone comes up and asks, "Where's so-and-so?" the expected response is "Look First, Ask Later". Not an easy habit to break. But with a horde of niblings, no sure it's a bad thing either - at least IRL.

Great memories. Saw Smokey and Yhe Bandit at the Strand Teater in Somerville NJ for ¢77. They ran second run movies there for a discount.

Everyone raised hell when they raised their price to ¢88

Beautiful day today.....pups playing in the back yard. I am staying inside though. I am feeling tired with an upset tummy..... I need to get my shir together and start eating right and lose some of the weight I have gained..... I am disgusted with my weakness and lack of self control.....sigh.... and life is hard today

Tough days come around in our lives so we can enjoy the good days even more!!

I lost about 40lbs plus doing IF though I took it to another level where I wasn't doing 16/8 fasting but like days fasting

Longest time I dirty fasted was a little.more than 125 hours of just basically water and coffee. I know, I know not for everyone but I did lose the weight and that freaking BMI scale said I was no longer " obese "

Before you out it in your mouth ask yourself " is it worth it " and majority of the times I answered no. The way I did IF I didn't have to worry about calorie counting since I had nothing to count haaaa!! Have a better day!

Was hoping I'd hear back - yes, I moved the list then found out that PMs wouldn't work in this instance. Not sure my list was exactly on target but here it is again. Not all have... I know the feeling .... I have an upcoming surgery, and have been avoiding going to the gym or doing the outside house tasks that are on my list, and comfort eating. Pretty certain I've blown the progress of a whole month of dieting and exercise.

But, tomorrow's a different day, and I can pull my act together better.
