And if someone could teach me how to make a photo black and white but leave the one color on there, I'd be really grateful. I would've liked to do it on this picture.

I use an app called Color Changer. That lets you make a pic black and white and then make certain parts of it in color. It’s free in the Apple App Store. I don’t know if it’s available for Android or not.
