Do you journal at all? Sometimes writing down emotions we experience and identifying them help you make sense of them. Even if it's just bullet points.

similar to most places... Westfield sucked a lot away (see also the mega stores in Kingston).

Nail bars are everywhere, out East (where I sometimes venture) there are several in a small strip of shops.

estate agents never go away, sadly.
