Anyone from the UK?

It does...
It does, he's a chef in a pub he runs?🤣🤣🤣
Well I didn't know! 😝
Surely Grays has to feature in that list....
I have a few on my head but its not a shithole 🤔
I can confirm @Yesok1’s thoughts on Essex. I will say, the closer to the coast you go, and the further north east, the nicer it is, but definitely steer clear of Colchester.
I have no sense of direction sir... my ex once had to guide me out of the Trafford Centre while he was at work in Holland... so the most I got out of this is don’t look for the coast and if you see Colchester, stay in the car 😂

I've only ever been to the Trafford Center once. We ate in TGI Fridays because our boss was paying and then left.

Ooo I found that! I remember loving their cocktails! And there was a sauce that went with what I ate... it was delicious. Have no idea what it was now.

I was looking for the tram stop though. I found Sea World too and for some reason, I also remember the Krispy Kreme factory. There was also a self-playing piano in a corner somewhere 🤔

Been shopping in the Trafford centre with my daughter.

Also been in the Trafford centre. Sorry - survived the Trafford centre.
I once described it as a Cathedral to Capitalism and the person I was talking to said i got it off Nora Ephron and When Harry Met Sally - I have never seen it. But now I feel I was nearly as genius as one of the world's greatest writers.

Never been to Manchester, don't particularly want to either
Last time I've been to the city centre, it didn't look particularly promising. A lot of shops closed since the pandemic and some of it were vandalised. It looked pretty bleak. But there are a lot of restoration plans happening, so it might look good again soon 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don't mind that.

You'll probably all ignore me, but I'm all for capitalism.

Have to say I love Liverpool.
Birmingham was OK, but has slumped again. And, london. It doesn't feel the same it feels cheap.
Selfridges is ok.

I personally love Manchester. Really historical and there’s a lot of new bits too. Liverpool is also very cultural. @lingus60 is always right when he mentions York - one of the best bits of England.

Give me a long weekend in Edinburgh though…we’d have a blast. So much to do. So much to see. Many romantic walks and plenty of watering holes. Good people, good food.
