Last I heard, Trump was calling for more debates. Which is always a clear sign that you're behind and you know it.
If I were Biden's campaign manager, I'd want the debates to happen...on the condition that the moderator have a kill switch for Trump's microphone. Last time around he proved he would never, ever respect the rules and wait for his turn to speak.
