A husband and wife in their 40s open a supermarket, the roles are clear: the wife takes care of the employees and the man takes care of the business and everything else. First, what is meant by "reveals her true identity"? Is there something I'm missing in the text, or is it that she's the boss' wife? Though the butch woman would already know that, given the woman is in charge of the employees.
That said, it's definitely an interesting idea. Though personally I'd stretch the seduction out a bit, not just that the woman wants to avoid her employee. That is definitely a fun part of it, but maybe have it so the employee senses her boss is a little flustered so starts flirting. The boss then can't really deal with it and that's when she starts the avoidance, possibly with the employee still finding subtle ways to flirt with or fluster her boss - e.g maybe she deliberately violates the dress code so her boss kinda has to deal with her, which could maybe lead into the employee having to change shirts or something and doing so in front of her boss to get her turned on. Then everything culminates in the warehouse part you mentioned where the employee ups the ante and finishes the seduction. The rest works well, though. I love in stories when the wife has already cheated and is like "I'll never do that again" but can't resist getting the forbidden fruit one more time.

Okay. I see what you were saying now, I thought you were implying that the employee didn't know the wife was her boss, but what I think you're getting at is that the employee just didn't know her boss was married to the big boss.
