I went into town to look at some used cars right after work. The whole place shook!

Everyone’s phones went off. 4.0 aftershock at 5:59pm.

So strange. But we all laughed it off. We all have this earthquake thing down now.

I will say, the one this morning scared the hell out of me.

So I’ve got this bean grinding coffee machine that has all these options. Espresso, long, cappuccino, latte…

But I’ve found the fatal flaw in their design. There is no option for “just give me everything… in fact just inject the beans straight into me”

That's called IV caffeine! I can hook you up!

Ever compare cost of an expensive meal to cooking at home. Wow. Can eat for days and the food is often better.

We rarely go out to eat. I will only go out for food I can't/won't make at home. It's a short list...

It's cold here, also. In the 40s and raining. The clouds look like snow clouds. I'm certain that's what the mountains are getting.

Few days go by where I don’t eat at a restaurant for at least one meal.

I’ve learned to cook a few things beyond grilled sandwiches, eggs and pancakes but I’d rather buy it.

Few things good came out of lockdowns but the one I like is restaurants to snooty to do take away before the pandemic are happy to now and you can order online.

While the cost of eating out may seem high; inflation has lowered faster in the U.S. than anywhere in the world, the economy is booming and employment is lower than before the pandemic.

You’re living in the new Golden Age, enjoy it while it lasts.

1947 Packard Clipper. I like the coupes. The big one was the fastest car outta Deeetroit after the war. They don't make that stuff any more, many of the sedan parts are interchangeable, and I try not to let little treasure troves pass me by.


Fender skirts optional (don't like 'em myself).

That’s why I mostly eat fish in restaurants cos I can’t be arsed to buy it / cook it at home. Never understand why everyone has steak out when it’s like the easiest thing to cook
