The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

That was a pre-significant one. I think it was a 5.8.

I think so. I was 50 miles as the crow flies from it, in a church parish house. When it didn't stop, I went and got under a beam. I guess it lasted maybe 10-12 seconds. Fifteen minutes later, I got a call from a friend from Lit asking if I was okay. She was very much not a phone person. She died the following May, so that was the last I ever talked to her.

I couldn't agree more. Besides, I can't see me except in the mirror, and that's not objective.

I swear, I had a quip to add and it now eludes me.

My excuse: I'm still on my first cup of coffee.

My coffee this morning consisted of the remaining grounds in my Starbucks 'Mocha' bag + the remaining grounds in my Starbucks 'Caramel' bag - YUM! Nice and strong :giggle:
T. G. I. F!!!!!!!!

For that one in 2011, I was on the third floor of an office building where I work. The whole building rumbled, and I thought the maintenance guys were bringing a cart full of materials down the hallway.

But then I felt the most odd sensation… the building was moving and shaking laterally. Don’t care to experience that ever again.

anything with tea and cake....or sandwich......it just a tiny little sandwich, you won't even know your eating it!
tea and cake... glad to bake, brew and serve but I'll skip the cake myself. not a cake person
tea and sandwich... cucumber or watercress? I like both... now I'm hungry
as long as it's not cake or death, right?
:coffee: :coffee:🥛🍸🍷☕🍻🍺🍹🥃🥛
order up - take as you'd like
tall water for me... 15 more min 'til I leave for some errands

Yes, that. It was the side to side bit that set is off as Twilight Zone. So I sought out the center/bearing wall.

I'm on 2 cups. Made at home. Same recipe for decades. I have a spare pot for travel and a kit to go with it.

I know, picky x 3 . . . .

:ROFLMAO: :nana:

"Feck" "Arse" "Drink" "Girls"......"Those Fecking Nun's"......The Catholics must cringe at that show, unless of course they have a real keen sense of humor lol
I suspect after two thousand years they have probably got pretty thick skins. Love the Catholics have great friends there

Oh man I'm busting a gut but unfortunately it's poking fun at a very prevalent sad attitude. That woman actress so top notch in her portrayals

No trace of any earth quaking today. No matter, that. We had enough 12+ years ago.

Home from work. Two days off. Heading back to the mountains tomorrow for a chunk of the day.
