Went to the range with my daughter yesterday. Three different hand guns and she's center mass on every shot with all three of them, and a few head shots for fun.

The only thing the whiners in here hate more than guns is women who own and can use guns. Makes it harder to assault them.

She's also a red belt in Tai Kwon Do and is an instructor for girls 12 and under. Teaching the next generation of women how to defend themselves against the disgraces who call themselves men.

Let's set the record straight. I have volunteered at a shelter for women for over 25 years. I teach a free self defense course and help out in other ways. My wife for over a decade counciled women who were beaten and sexually assaulted.

I can tell you with no hesitation that the abuse of women is 100% bipartisan in every way. Rich/poor black/white Christian/Muslim Republican/Democrat you name it and there is a faction of them that think the abuse and assault of women is absolutely fine. It is the one thing that type of man can agree on.

This bullshit that only "rightwing" men are dangerous to women is disgusting misinformation. You're telling women no one who votes red can be trusted, but hey, if a guy has a Biden bumper sticker on his car just hop on it. Yeah, talk about setting a woman up to be hurt, because of course no "left leaning" person has ever assaulted a woman.

So take your one-sided vitriolic spew and propaganda back to the threads led by the other leftists hatemongers. FFS they want to eradicate the female gender to where they don't want the word woman used anymore, but yeah, those people care about women.

Here's the rule of thumb all women should live by. "No man should be trusted until he's earned it" and that's a case by case deal based on nothing other than the man himself.

I think she tells it like it is. Some of her stuff I don't agree with because I've seen it and it's not like she thinks it is. To me that only means she hasn't run into that issue very much so she's still forming a basis for what it really is versus what it looks like. Other things she says are spot on.

More women would do better in life if they watched/listened to her 'casts.

Trust me, I'm a man hater-at least of a certain type-but we're not all bad, in fact most guys I like to think are decent sorts, so I try not to demonize the entire gender because that can be dangerous as well, but she does make my point that its not a certain demographic, but part of the entirety of the gender. But...I could go all day on the recent BS of men being man babies and crying victim and the disturbing rise in the incel movement. For all the progress made in the world, its still not easy to be a woman.

I have two girls-well women now-34/31 and I also raised my two nephews after their mom died and we took custody. When you raise a boy you worry just about them and how they'll turn out. When you raise girls you have to worry about how everyone raises their sons, and sad to say, there's a lot of assholes raising assholes.

She and I have some similar history. Those are things I have seen and done. Yes, she's observant and right where she has traveled the path. She's still earning some of the rest of it, but her heart is in the right place.

My wife often says that if you look for something, you're always going to see it. I think with women like Teal, there's a lot that's right there, but some of it is what she wants to see. But that's a hard thing to be able to stop.

The boys are all sweet-to where I wonder where they came from-my granddaughter is a hell raiser and already sent home from school for fighting. Now of course we tell her this is wrong, but deep down, I smile and I say "You keep swinging little girl because you're always going to have to." Her older brother is very protective of her and I couldn't be more proud of him for it.

Agreed, but is it all political? Some of it is religion, and then there is flat out culture. "As it should be."

So I think putting it all on politics is dangerous.

But on that note. The right is an odd mix. There are some-tend to be the older ones-who still want it to be 1950 housewives handbook, and its still okay to give your wife a slap in the mouth to show her her place.
On the other hand, there's the type that cherish their wives and daughters, moms, sisters to an admirable degree.

Every demogrphic has its bad and good, and I think they're mostly more good than bad, but we know its always the bad that gets the attention.

I was born into a family of drunken abusers. Saw my mother and aunts beaten saw my father rape my mother when I was around 5 (yes, assholes a husband can rape his wife marriage does not give you that right) and he beat me and my uncles beat their kids as well. If I didn't get put into a foster home at 11 I think either I would have found a way to kill him, or he'd have killed me. Good times.

So I'm a born and bred hater of "real men" and I call their shit whenever I see or hear it. Happy to say that I'm in my fifies and not one of them has shut me up yet. I don't have tits and I hit back, and that's more than most of them could handle.

What sucks is many of my male cousins turned into that same asshole, and I associate with none of them. "My dad hit my mother" is never an excuse for you to do it, or beat your kids either. None of them were raised with any religion or political views-my family was too fucked up to think about who they were voting for. So they make my case for cultural or nature/nurture

I'm a zero tolerance zone for all of it as I think many men are.

Today is my grandmother's birthday, and she'd be 120 if she were still fogging mirrors. She was one of the most complicated people I have ever known. It was sad, really, because she was smart as a whip, but she was scared of a lot of Life things. She could shoot the eye out of a squirrel, however. Very good in that department.


I suspect that your granddaughter will be just fine.
