What they mean when they say 4 to 6 hours, is not that you take the pill and automatically get an erection that lasts for 4 to 6 hours. What it does is it enables you to get an erection (or erections) for the following 4 to 6 hours.

Why would you not be able to get it? Some countries require a doctors prescription while others don't, but any doctor will give you a script if you tell him of your problem and he is satisfied that it would be safe for you. Some people with certain heart conditions shouldn't take it.

I can only add that you should get it from a reputable vender. A lot (not all) of those overseas venders have unhealthy things in their pills.

In my opinion it's just not worth the risk. In any case even the original is not expensive. The first time I had my prescription filled they offered me a generic, when I enquired as to the price difference it was so negligible that I declined. I generally only use one a week, I only use it when I have sex with my wife and not for masturbation.

Few women have a sex drive to equal that of their spouse. I guess you have two options. Find somebody else to fill the need, or masturbate. I choose the latter. To be honest though, I have sex with her on average once a week and that is enough for me, I masturbate not for relief, but because I enjoy it for its own sake.
PS. If you have a good marriage apart from the scarcity of sex, I wouldn't advise putting it at risk with an affair.

I agree with you that few women have a sex drive that matches their spouse.

Even when we were young my sex drive was always much stronger than my wives.

Early on we had sex 3-4 times a week, sometimes more.

It got less and less the older we got. Now I am lucky to have sex once a month.

So I am back to masturbating daily. Yesterday it was twice while wife was out running errands.

It's weird how we all have different challenges, perspectives etc. While I do feel for you and wouldn't want to change places and get sex less than once a month, at the same time I envy all the opportunities you apparently get to masturbate.
