I can't say that's ever happened specifically while drinking cold water, but now I want to do some research... I have had random phantom let down sensations in the past. They are always a welcome surprise.

I do sometimes get random letdown feelings. I’ll even occasionally reflexively push my wrists into my nipples to try to stop the non existent leaking
Not sure if it correlates to cold drinks. I’ve never noticed, but now I’ll be on the lookout lol.
