Russian Website Claims There Was an Attempted Assassination of Tucker Carlson—Here Are the Details

By Patty McMurray Feb. 26, 2024 2:30 pm

A young man has reportedly just been arrested in Moscow in connection with an attempted assassination of Tucker Carlson. According to reporter Simon Ateba, the man who has been arrested was reportedly being paid by Ukrainian intelligence to plant an explosive device in a vehicle used by Tucker while he was there to interview Russian President Vladimir Putin.

A video has just been released showing a 35-yr-old man by the name of Vasiliev Pyotr Alexeieovich, who claims he was ordered by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ukraine Ministry of Defense in November 2023 to take an explosive device to the parking garage of the Four Seasons Hotel in Moscow and place it under the vehicle used to transport Tucker Carlson. Mr. Alexeievich claims he was going to be paid $4,000 for completing the task of attaching the explosive device to Carlson’s vehicle, but he was detained in the planning process. Near the end of the videotaped confession, the stone-faced alleged criminal admits his target was “American journalist Tucker Carlson” and says, “I’m sorry for what I did.”

Many would no doubt love to see the demise of Tucker in Ukraine and in the United States, especially some in the Biden administration.

Every day you desperately try to find reasons to be upset. What’s it like living the life of a whiny 2 year old?

Is he related to Alexander Smirnov by any chance, or is this yet another Russian asset with the killer allegations that will bring down the US political system and install a tangerine dictator?

Who's upset? Certainly not me. I do this for fun. However, I am quite pleased to hear my post may have given you and 1174 a wedgie.

You spreading Russian propaganda is certainly fun to call out and mock. You should just make a thread for all the shit you peddle for Putin.

How do you know it's Russian propaganda? Is the suspect lying. Is the reporting false? Prove it.

Lol ... Russian state media reported on it.

Believing their bullshit is your specialty

to recap, a us military veteran is defending russia and their war on a sovereign state.

Ahahahahahaha. RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA!!! Ahahahaha.
Are you having a stroke?

I have consistently referred to the Senate Intelligence investigation report in regards to any Russian influence.

I have never said Trump is or was a Russian spy.

If that is true, you are a rarity on the left and I will apologize.

Your apology means diddly shit to me.

You consistently spew Russian talking points.

For example - you constantly say "Ukraine lost and Russia won" the war. I constantly say that Ukraine has a right to defend itself against Russian invasion.

Do you see the difference? There is a major one.

Everybody knows Trump is too stupid to be a Russian spy. He's just a Russian stooge, like you.
I prefer the term "asset". Russia worked to get Trump elected President because they knew he was dumb and easily manipulated. It's unclear if he actually passed top-level intelligence to his Russian handlers, but there's a strong likelihood he did.

Even if he didn't technically betray us, the chaos and fecklessness of his administration damaged American interests around the world. Either way his election was a win for Putin.

The story was written by Simon Ateba, previously known only for disrupting White House press conferences as part of his neverending attempt to be hired as the token "black talking head" on Fox News.

He might be one of the few individuals alive with less credibility than RightGuide.
