Clackamas Co. records 65% decline in homelessness from 2019 to 2023

During the May 2020 election, Clackamas County residents voted in favor of Measure 26-210, otherwise known as Supportive Housing Services. The county has since released quarterly reports on the measure’s progress.

Portland is in Clackamas County.

Good work tackling a difficult issue.

Technically Portland is in Multnomah county. However Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties make up the tri-county area.

Regardless, the area is working to address the homeless issue. And is making progress.
