Here on the Norfolk coast, we have a green recycling bin, a brown garden waste bin and a black everything else bin. Collection is Tuesday, alternating for green and black, and Friday for Brown.

Marmite is OK, my eldest lives on Marmite on toast. I find the cheaper sainsburys own version easier to spread then then the actual stuff.

Biscoff spread, or chunky peanut butter, on toast, is tastier, though I can think of a better "spread"

If we're talking toast, cheese on toast with either Worcester sauce or Maggie's sauce.
