The NY Times bought The Wirecutter review site a number of years ago and it runs under their banner now (like Wordle and The Athletic).

Agreed. The heaviness of stainless steel plug contributes to it sliding out of your butthole. I can lube mine up enough but it’s so small it’s not even necessary

I've never had either my stainless or silicon plugs come close to sliding out. (My Edge massager does try to fight its way out, but I think that has more to do with its powerful vibes.) Maybe you need ones with larger bulbs?

The stainless are a little trickier with lube, but once it's in it hasn't really mattered.

I want a rose toy as well but I'm also too bamboozled by all of the choice. Maybe there should be one with add on attachments?

My experience with thrusting toys has not been very successful. Love the idea but the execution always feels lacking to me.
I prefer to do the thrusting manually 🙈

Their animations are goofy AF, but the rose part in that is supposed to be sucking? And you can switch out the top of the rose to make it thump or something instead, and the insertable part thrusts.

As @Wand3rlust and others have mentioned above, that site has a ridiculous amount of options! Personally, I think I’d prefer the sucking roses to the comical tongue roses. I can flick the bean effectively enough myself, but obviously I can’t suck my own clit, so it seems like it’d be an easy choice for me.

One thing I wish that Rose toy site had more of is remote app toys. I’ve been having sooooo much fun with my new Lovense, and so have the select few I let control it. The rose toys that do have app control are much more reasonably priced than Lovense toys though, as are all the Rose toys, really.
