Hang on in there mate. Easier said than done, I've had my own quota of MH issues so I know it can be hard when people say "hang on in there".

Just remember there are people around who you can talk to. Look at me... Someone talked to me and my hind legs fell off!

I did wonder about that story and the truth in it.

I have various MH conditions that I've been battling for most of my life but wwnt cold turkey on meds about a year ago and it hasn't been fun
