Sounds yummy.... I like to cook. I have a 2 pork loins and some chicken thighs i need to separate out and get into the freezer for later. I got meat on sale. And I have to proportion or it will go to waste
I do that. Chicken thighs are a weakness for me. I have a rub i like for them. Thawed, I put them in an iron skillet skin side down on the gas grill. For some reason coming from a room temp skillet they get crispy as if I have fried them. To cook them even hotter I have been brining them like I do pork. Loins if I don't smoke them whole get sliced into chops and frozen in vacuum sealer bags. Can't live without the sealer now. I got it when I bought my sous vide several years ago. That thing is fun to come up with new things to try too.

I get it. Was a 50 year fan of the Oakland Raiders before they abandoned their fans, moved to Vegas and ceased to exist. The big games were always emotionally exhausting. These days I’m a man without a team. It’s very liberating. I jump on and off bandwagons without hesitation. I’ve rooted for Belichik, Brady, and the Cowboys just to annoy certain people. 😂

Still remember the AFC Championship game when Oak hosted the Ravens at the Coliseum. When Tony Siragusa put the brain rattling hit on Rich Gannon that ended his career. Knew right then and there the game was over. Was a long, miserable drive home listening to the post game radio broadcast after that game. Ravens went on to win the SB.

Today’s picks:,Baltimore over KC, Detroit over Santa Clara
Having growing up in Queens NY I was a NY Jet fan when they were actually very, very good but no unmmmm pure trash. Can't lie!! Not actually rooting for a team allows.my BP to stay " normal " and not be at that heart attack level which I really cannot afford to go near 🤣!?!?

I used to enjoy making friendly wages with my wife who's is the least sports minded person on Earth but was game to win or lose just to participate in the game shenanigans!! Good thing my buddies aren't watching here today or God knows that bets they'd be making with her 😜!!

Let's goooo!!

Games are DVR'd here. I skip commercials. And want to be up late for some odd reason. I miss having a crowd to watch the games with. Still fun.

Imma gonna toss my cookies if I hear 'Kelce' one more time..

C'mon RAVENS!!

just saying' ;)

By any chance did anyone see that video where Deion Sanders, head coach at University of Colorado Boulder, requested Marines come to the teams practice? Pretty Kool.

Things are my fave. Not veins like a leg and almost impossible to dry out. I start all my meat in a cold pan.... it allows the meat to cook more evenly and stay moist.... I even start bacon that way. Island you can looking for a vacuum packer but I haven't decided on one yet. I have seen the sous vide method by chance but I don't know how it affects me or what would be the best use of it. Maybe a tougher cut?

Tough game for the Ravens who I'm sure everyone thought they were gonna win with the MVP and bring at home too!!

My youngest was rooting for the Ravens only because he was tired of all his Swiftie friends jumping on the KC bandwagon 🤣

I like there rainy days we have been having here. Today with the games later I have a ham and a beef round on the smoker. Ham is to eat. Beef has been marinaded in heat -hot serrano peppers garlic cilantro salt pepper oil vinegar lime and soy. That I take off at rare. Refrigerated, it slices super thin for sandwich meat that is not pressed deli meat. The older I get the more I cook.
Love a man who cooks! 😋

My sister and brother have both been trying to get me into sous vide. Seems a lot of advanced thought and prep needs to happen with one. I haven't taken the plunge yet.

Same picks here. Aside from lean toward the Eagles and Bills, I tend to pull against more teams than I like. I'm a slut too. NFC AFC I could care less. Make it a good game. No cheap shots that get people hurt and keep the ref's out of it.
Great way to idle the mind.
I don't have a team in this game. I was rooting for KC! They're advancing to the SUPERBOWL!!! 🏈🏈🏈
