I'll start this by saying she didn't seem like she was in THE mood this morning but she was up for a little attention. I believe so, but I'm sure it depends on the quality of the cleaner. The one I have (by Alchemy) seems to work well, though i do often use a soap and water cleanup as well.

Yeah, the public aspect is also part of Lush 3’s appeal.
