Blue box - paper and cardboard

For what it's worth ...

Black or Green wheelie bin - General household
Brown - Garden
Maroon (Red, purple or somewhere in between) - Recycling (Plastic, cardboard)
Green box - Glass / tins for recycling
Blue box - Paper for recycling (God forbid anyone mixes cardboard and paper!)

Obviously the boxes don't have lids so depending on the weather, we have a fortnightly clean up of everyone else's shit that has blown across our front garden

Talking of recycling, I have a Bob Monkhouse joke book somewhere if it helps? Can't think there's any "bin" related stuff though ...
