What a wimp! But of course, what would be left in your life if you lost your porn board personna?

I don't gamble. That you think I should is of no moment to me. That you think that not gambling somehow results in a life less well lived only shows that you have no understanding of the concept.

And finally, it is not cowardly to stand on your principles. Your attempt to ridicule me into changing that stance only proves you don't understand any of it. Which highlights your lack of principles.

If you had a choice among saving Paddy O'Bama, Teh Donald, or 98.6% of GB posters from a wildfire, what kind of sandwich would you make???

I'm torn between a club and the sailor . . . .

The oldest original I have is a 1917 Waffenfabrik (Mauser mfg.). The rest have been re-barreled to serve different purposes. I'm currently building up a Brno action built sometime in the 1924 time frame for my son.

I never took a shine to the carbine for purely subjective reasons. Given today's reality I wish I had picked up a few back when they were selling for $10.

I had a post-war Columbian Mauser which I gave to my godson. I don't wish that I had it back, but if it had had a bent bolt, it would have been scopable more easily and might have made a decent shooter. Lots of rifling left in the bore. Meh. Life goes on.

There are three that are golden and you should pick up if you have the opportunity (at the right price that is). Any pre '44 Waffenfabrik, any Brno, or any La Coruna mauser. This relates to the military grade rifle. The civilian grades are all over the place but generally speaking any Mauser Mfg. rifle is good to go, but pricey. There's a limited anniversary edition currently being offered with a pre-order price of $40,000.

You know that after this November they're all going to be pardoned, yes?
The Democrats have no such intention. They support the Constitution.
Democrats aren't going to win. You want to believe but public sentiment says otherwise.
My friend coati was kicking ass in several different conversations, but I wanted to highlight this brief exchange.

When told about the nonpartisan rule of law, look how HisArp quickly changes from a PB legal expert 🙄🤔 to a pollster to shit on the constitution.

The oldest firearm I own I picked up at a flea market for a hundred dollars. It is a beat up 1889 Remington 12 ga. and still has the rabbit ears intact and functional. It's over the fireplace.

Some old guy on a job I once worked gave me a wee wall gizmo with 3 rifle hangers and a drawer for whatever - ammo, I reckon. It's largely useless, but it's in good shape, so I installed high on a wall (I have old-house high ceilings), made sure it was quite secure, and then put my 2 WW1 Mosins and my Trapdoor on it. I forget that it's there, really. Something to dust . . . .

This thread has been an interesting look into the gun hobby. I never knew it was so boring.

Firearms sitting on display might as well be porcelain figurines. Yawn. 😑
