Oh god I have very vague memories of being in the midst of labour, totally off my face and utterly exhausted.
Instead of swearing and shouting I apparently said things like" good grief" "oh gosh" and - my favourite - "where are the nuns?"

I had gas & air when I was en route to hospital following my appendix rupture. I can confirm it works VERY well. I remember it tasted like cheese flavored doritis, and I couldn't read an a4 notice that was less than 6' away

If you look at the very top right of your screen and click on the person icon it should bring up your Control Panel and from there you should be able to add to your profile.
I think AVs can be requested at any time but they're only usually approved every few weeks or months. No idea why
