Yeah, staying busy is not a problem. I just want to not be beholden to a workday...if that makes sense
It totally makes sense, MissK! I was lucky to retire when I did. I was concerned about not having the structure of a workday, but thrilled about it at the same time.

I hope you have a plan in place for retirement. And if you're not being valued in your workplace, look for other opportunities. Your experience and skill are far to valuable to stay somewhere you're not appreciated! 🤗🥰💞

After 34 yrs in my current field, it’s fair to say I’m burnt out. Looking for an exit strategy, but don’t want to just retire and “wet worms” as we say…ok, maybe “wet flies”, but that’s another story!

I think, I’ll always be doing something, volunteer or maybe just pushing broom…who knows…the running joke is I’m going to be a goat heard…..

Baby goats are so cute! 😍 Get a herd of them! 😅😅

Ok so the funniest thing I saw on Facebook today is one of my fave posters who does a lot of food reviews and recipe reviews etc..... showed up to review bottles with drinks in them that they "make for adults".... umm I wonder if she knows about dd/lg stuff..... I am thinking not because she said her daughter (probably 10 yrs old) loves them..... I was like oh shit should I tell her she is promoting fetish stuff....hahahaha

One of the first things I did was write a book. i self published it and had a blast. It was a book about local history and I sold copies by giving talks to history groups, book clubs, community organizations, and seniors. It went so well that I ended up writing a second book, this time with a publisher. Most of us have at least one book inside us waiting to be written.
I totally have a kids book in my head about a little smelly boy that goes to a car wash on a school field trip.... I made it up when my nephew's were little.... moral of the story was just be who you are and everything will be ok.....

If any of you ladies are sitting around bored and just want to chat with no other expectations, let me know. It would be nice to at least interact with someone today.

I joined the Navy at 17, retired at 37 and have been at my current job for 24 years. Same stuff, different day or SSDD. This is why I joined Literotica to see if I can get a little excitment back in my life.
Welcome.

I was in the army - a tanker. But I am male.

Anyways - thanks for your service. My dad was in the navy. I shamed my family by joining the army! 😂😂

Thank you for you service brother. My whole family was Army but I didn't want to sleep in holes. I like to take my food and bed into combat. 😎

Can’t believe I missed this thread!

58 here, been around a long time, mainly to write but I do wander into the forums sometimes.

Don’t consider myself old unless I have to move fast…that ain’t happening anymore!

Married to a Litster who is CONSIDERABLY 😂older than I am, but I don’t think he has found his way over here.

Going to go back and read through, hopefully I’m not the old lady in the room!

Welcome! I don’t believe you are the oldest woman here.

olI was reading that pupil shape has to do with being a prey animal or a predator animal
Normally...red eyes mean predator , and green eyes are prey (like deer)..other than THAT..I have NO idea! Never heard of rectangular pupils. We had some real SQUARES in school though....
