True but there are consequences to taking HRT long term. Modern implants can look and feel quite natural. Unfortunately a lot of women go for the big bolt ons.
BeautifulI guess threads like this show progress of sorts. Ten years ago, plenty of people didn't know what a trans woman was and now we've thread asking what size tits you prefer, if she has freckles and blond hair, just like guys do with cis gender women. So yea - that's a good thing.
'Passable' is an unwelcome term, but I get where you're coming from. I support the England Women's Football ( soccer ) Team and Arsenal Women's FC and there are some players I would not challenge to a fist-fight and there are others who are actual fashion models. There are women with thick-thighs ( that save lives ) and some with a shoulder-to-hip ratio that experts would have you believe makes them the wrong shape

Wow! That's amazing. I have probably encountered a transgender woman during my life in North America but not to my knowledge or awareness.
I agree 100%. If I were to transition, I wouldn't get a huge set of "bolt ons." I would get what is proportionate to my body size, to look as natual as possible, for my age.
Everyone is different and only you can say what is right for you. My girlfriend has never taken HRT but that works for her since she is an unusual case.
