Hi, all my stories are about my wife's feet being used and abused in various situations. Anyone explain this foot fetish thing to me? I find it weird and just don't get it. Why not a hand fetish or a nose fetish?

It's one of the few fetishes I don't understand. :)

On the other hand, I have a hand fetish... I love very feminine hands... not sure why. So, I assume it's similar, just directed at a different body part?

Perhaps your wife goes to the hospital because she has some pain in her shins? The doctor examines her, spending LOTS of time probing her feet, feeling each muscle and tendon, sliding fingers between each toe to test their flexibility... explaining that the root cause of the shin pain is actually in her pretty little feet. Several medical students are following the doctor on his rounds and he has each of them do the examination as well, all crowded around the foot of her bed. He shows them exactly how to feel what he's discovered. It can't be seen, only felt. It's subtle so they each need several attempts and lots of repeated demonstrations from the doctor. Apparently, it's a "text book example" of the rare condition... so they page other doctors and medical students in the hospital to come feel it in person so they will be able to diagnosis in the future if they ever see another example.

(I had a friend who got Lyme disease from a tick which creates a perfect red circle around the bite. It was such a "text book" perfect example that they paged any doctors in the hospital who hadn't seen a live example so they could check it out)
 
I had an idea a while back about a wife on a corporate retreat or staff development session and during one of the breaks they hang out at a beach or something similar. A co-worker or someone else at the beach notices her feet and keeps praising them. She thinks she might be able to be a foot model and make some side scratch. She thinks it's the best of both worlds, being a model but still able to remain mostly anonymous.

I would love to be a naught IT guy under her desk while she is on a zoom meeting. (edit add) Pm me can talk about some things I would do in settings to your wife if you want to use my ideas for a story...
