I can’t remember the title, however it involves a guy driving his truck to a new City for his new job. It was raining and he noticed flashers in the ditch. There were two women in the car and they were twins. The water shorted out the electrics and they couldn’t out the windows down or open the door due to the water. He gets them out and tries to winch the vechile out but the cable snaps and he is injured.
