Emily’s NEW positivity and being nice to each other thread

After all the recent trans-bashing and pronoun bullshittery, I've discovered there is an International Pronouns Day. It's the third Wednesday of October, so those in need have time to stock up on Valium for 2024.
How very appropriate, given Odin/Wodan's dual nature.

Namely: not only is he a very masculine god, but he's also the god of magic, and in Norse culture magic was very feminine. Even male wizards dressed and were treated as women.

(I've included some of this in my most recent story, Life and Death of the She-Wolf.)

You just changed my life. I'm not transgender, I'm magic. I like that so much better. My family can trace it's lineage back to Carmarthen in Wales. One of the Viking magicians must have one of my ancestors as hers back in the 9th century and imbued my entire family with magic. I'm just the most current manifestation.

It all makes so much sense now. :)

Hi! I wasn't sure where to post this so I thought this might be an okay place. Is it rude to send a message to the Literotica support (the one linked in the FAQ) asking if everything is okay with my submission that's been pending for over a week? It has been 8 days and the FAQ says to send a message to support if a piece of work has been pending for over a week. I'm new to the site (only 3 published chapters so far) so I am not sure if it is frowned upon to send a message asking whether everything is okay with my submission. I don't wanna seem rude or impatient, but I'm just worried that something might have gone wrong since my previous chapters were published within like 2-4 days.

You can PM @Laurel with a nudge. Don't expect a direct response, but that can sometimes help. It's not terribly unusual for there to be delays, and there are any number of possible reasons. If you have another chapter ready to go, you can also submit that with a note to please hold it until the previous chapter clears. I have done that a couple of times when my stories were pending for a long time and it seems to help, maybe, if something got missed or overlooked, perhaps.

A fun little interpretation of Canon in D to brighten your day...

Thanks! I'll put it on the speakers to tweak C. Various interpretations of the Canon show up in our Pandora feed throughout the day regardless of what genre we have selected. We call it "our song" now because we can't go more than an hour without it in the background. 🤪

Thanks for the reply. If I have already sent a message to the literotica support (the one seen in the image below), I shouldn't message Laurel anymore right? I'm also shy to send her a PM. I don't want to seem demanding sending a DM to the owner (?) just to ask about my pending story 😅Capture.PNG

I don't know how well that will work, having never tried it, but I guess I would probably wait a little while before trying again. From an experiment, it took about three days for me to send an email to myself through that contact system, so probably don't try holding your breath waiting for satisfaction.

lol! Thanks for the heads up. Just out of curiosity, how many days do you reckon the longer waits have been for your stories that took a while to get published?

She lays a metal ruler over the highest notes on the piano to simulate a harpsichord. Watch the top of the sheet music as it goes through, it says what she's doing. I love where it says more wrong notes here.

Excluding one that had some back-and-forth about content, I think it was ten days. The Halloween contest was very big this year and caused a lot of delays for everything else. The winter contest is over now, but she may still be dealing with backlog, and there's lots of other things that could be going on in the background. Plus, local rumor has it that Laurel usually takes Sundays off.

Oh, is it just Laurel alone that approves stories? Dang, that must be a lot of work haha

Even so, I think it was wonderful they she jazzed on it. But I like jazz and nothing is every played like it was written in Jazz, every performance is unique. I also love blues, and it is always preformed the same by the artist who plays or sings it, however, different artist have different takes.

Also, doesn't she have an orgasmic appearance as she plays. Like it's getting her off and she doesn't care who knows.
