Trump Civil case may Be Over

No, I think that because I sarcastically asked "which suit" and you missed the sarcasm completely and answered the question seriously. Your Fearless Leader is a professional defendant at this point in his life, and even if several lawsuits are "over," he's got a bunch more waiting.

You don't know anything about me or my education, but you keep mentioning it like you do. I think you're just looking at my avatar photo and deciding that because I don't appear to be pure white, I must be uneducated and stupid.

You stink, RightGuide. You need some RightGuard

Wow.

TDS followed by more TDS followed by denial which then swings for the fences with Ad Hom.

Someone needs to take a step back from the edge.

Not in the least surprising that Trump got favourable loans. Big banks would be competing for his business and the profits they would (and did make) on the loans interest.

What's funny is that all of this is based on Trump valuing his property higher than someone thought it was worth.

As if no seller of real estate has EVER done that then accepted a lower offer...

And people seem to think the banks don't have their own appraisers to determine the value of collateral properties as well. As if a bank just takes someone word for what the value of their property is and gives them money.

The entire fraud case is a total joke.

It's also interesting seeing many other big businesses and people in NY freaking out, because this sets a precedent that a judge can just bang a gavel and declare you guilty of fraud because they disagree with value assessments by other parties who agreed on them.

Kind of scary that people can be held accountable for lying.

It’s even scarier that people can be held accountable for FRAUDULENTLY TRIPLING the size of an apartment to arrive at a valuation that they then used to secure a yuuuge loan at a more favorable rate.

😎

Funny thing about private property: you can't lie about it's value, you can make up any value for it you want. The only issue with regards to financing with that figure is having other parties agree with the proposed value. And the banks *did*.

Ergo, fraud is impossible in this case because no one was subject to fraud.

How big did he say his Manhattan penthouse was and how big is it really?

The bank And other businesses were victims of fraud.

The judge ruled fraud.

Case closed.

😎

Let the orange POS spend more money on appeals.

👍

All we know is what you write, which on it's face is ignorant, Oh, and thanks for showcasing your inherent racism as well.

There is a lot of Ultracrepidarianism that occurs naturally on the political left, especially within our specimens here.:D

No, you didn’t and it’s pretty obvious why.
I assume this means you don't comprehend the fact that absolutely any attributes, dimensions or attributes of the property are completely irrelevant to the fact both parties reached an agreement on property value.

Based on information that one side knew was falsified, and the other didn't.

The banks and businesses testified in court that there is no fraud in their agreed upon property value assessments.

There is absolutely zero information about the property, false or otherwise, that changes that fact.

Really? Ok, link us up with the proof.
