Deutsche Bank might have just blown up Letitia James’s civil fraud case against President Trump.

Radical Marxist New York Attorney General Letitia James is seeking $250 million in ‘damages’ when there is no victim in this fraud case and she is also seeking to ban Trump and his sons from operating any businesses in New York. She accused Trump of inflating his assets and defrauding lenders and insurance companies.

A Deutsche Bank executive who worked to approve at least one of Trump’s loans testified on Tuesday that it is “atypical, but not entirely unusual” to reduce a client’s asset values and still approve a loan.

This type of lending is typical in high net-worth, high-profile clients like Donald Trump. Anyone with basic knowledge of banking, lending, portfolio and credit risk management knows this.

Not only that (was a tv segment on her, not her actual testimony), trump was laughed out of the front door then went in the side door and used connections, as people do, to get her looped to approve loans. When she says she didn’t know details she’s either lying (because it was her job to do due diligence) or she’s incompetent.

Yeah, if you look at Minnesota State law and Federal civil rights law, Derek Chauvin and his fellow officers were charged and convicted based solely on what they did and didn’t do.

The discussion I was responding to was how rogue judges can influence a trial. For example, Engoron with his thumb on the scales of justice. Sullivan vs Flynn where the case was dropped by the DOJ and Sullivan continued on as judge, prosecutor and jury, Durham vs Sussmann where the judge declared certain hearsay evidence as not admissible but critical evidence to the Durham case but denied, of course the evidence implicated Hillary Clinton who owns DC. I’m not defending Chauvin, I’m more concerned about equal application of the law and equal protection under the law. That takes objectivity to screen through all the bullshit.
