If you overcook a steak and serve it, you just suck. Years ago me and my gf at the time were hanging with a couple friends. Dude and his gf were grilling steaks. He puts the steak on and then just walks off for ten minutes. Just leaves these ribeyes on the grill to catch fire unwatched. What the fuck is he doing? Totally amateur shit. Then he served them completely well done like a bozo. I scarfed it down without complaint because I'm polite. But man, was I put off.

The four-way we all had later didn't even make up for it. This man BURNS STEAK.
