Beats having monthly payments where nowadays the average cost of a new car payment is over $700 and over $500 for a used car payment. Hope that makes paying $1700 makes you feel better?!?

Well it was 400 for the parts and labor to fix my seat because of course they couldn't replace the tiny little clip needed a base and oh BTW the set reclining handle was separate....

When they charge 100 dollars an hr labor you get what you get. My mechanic that would have charged me a lot less retired. SIGH

Divorce #2 ?!? I told my current wife who's #2 that she's stuck with me no matter what!!!! I am in no way going to go thru the entire proceedings of a second divorce with her. Nope no way.

I have a couple of friends who's have had 3 divorces!!?!?? Why bother at this stage of the game so to speak??

I can't even get to marriage #1..... hahaha

I knew it was going to be ugly. The guy that helped me at the dealership creeped me out. He was all I gave you a 10% discount on the oil change and I gave you 25$ for this and that.... oh and I only charged 1/2 the labor for your seat repair. I have a possible new mechanic my bff uses.... but I really have had no problems with the truck so I got new tires last year put in a new battery too. Should be good to go for a bit. I am thankful I have a good job to pay it.

Still...the cheapest car you can drive is the one that is paid for! That's why I pay cash...and ONLY get used cars! It does not make sense to me to buy new at all...."sorta used" is OK! lol

Still...the cheapest car you can drive is the one that is paid for! That's why I pay cash...and ONLY get used cars! It does not make sense to me to buy new at all...."sorta used" is OK! lol

Yeah. It is paid off and 7 years old. I will drive til it dies and trucks if u take care of them can last forever.

Yeah I get it. Be picky and look inside too. What are you looking for...make sure it matches up with what you want or you will be right back where you started. And for God's sake dont pick a girl or woman (there is a difference) who wants a ring on the finger or one or both of you will be miserable. I dont necessarily want to be married but I personally want companionship and a lover and a champion who puts me first once in a while. Look inside a person and find their heart. There are woman out there for you ..just have to find one

I have never owned a new car, but my next one might well be new. I am only going to drive for so long, and if I buy new I should be able to keep it for 15 years. If I need a car after that I'm going to consider myself ahead of the game (since I will be nearly 80).

They are very well made cars. I have been buying them used since 2000. They have been very good to me. I expect a new one will need very little maintenance in the first five years. That said, oil change regularly, cheap insurance.

I can't eat the same thing every meal, and it is hard to cook.for one so I will make a few things and freeze single servings in freezer containers (have chili, beef veggie soup, meatloaf) and eat during the week when I am busy. Tomorrow going to make some pork ribs and maybe some chicken soup
