Series - pending moderation for 15+30 days

Hi I have 'Series' that is pending moderation since September 26. I already deleted a previous instance of the series and recreated it, because the series before was pending moderation for close to a month (added it at end of August, deleted end of September). Now I am wondering if maybe something messed up my rank in the approval cue - and all my Series have fallen off the cliff completely.

Stories and Comments are still going through moderation fairly quickly and get approved. So the issue seems only with Series.

I wonder if the "BETA" of it all is giving some issues. I never really know how much to trust things in BETA form in the sense that how long are programmers working on them vs. seeing if they are good ideas worth committing to... Or something like that.
