Maine on lockdown: Deplorable kills 18

Another "responsible gun owner".... until he wasn't.
it's the American way... 'just a tool/used for sport/would never hurt a fly or use it improperly' RIGHT up to that moment they feel they've been done wrong and then the gun becomes their immediate go-to in order to take out a love rival, a cheating spouse, a partner who's decided they don't want to be with them/belong to them anymore, a foreman whose attitude they don't like, a co-worker who they're angry with, a fast food restaurant worker who gets their order wrong, a neighbour they're in dispute with over something relatively trivial and yada yada yada

Mass casualty event confirmed by medical centers there.

Another mental health issue that wasn't addressed when it should have been... Sad...

The argument will TRY to go like this, and true Patriots like Jon will continue to make them look foolish.

It’s not the guns, it’s the people with the guns. Riiiiiiight.

Gotta watch out for those rapid fire chairs.

Gotta watch out for those rapid fire chairs.
It’s just such flawed logic, swap out the issue with another and suddenly the argument goes the exact opposite direction with a straight face.

Well, that's her account on Twitter. Go there and start a discussion with her, nothing's gonna happen with you just talking about what you could do, y'know.

The suspect sought and received inpatient mental health treatment this past summer.
He said he heard "voices in his head urging him to shoot people".
Two weeks later, they discharged him from the psych hospital.
Then they gave him back his gunz.
And his high-capacity magazines.

Shooter had been fired from his job at Maine Recycling.

White Guy âś…
with a Gun âś…

The boxes are all checked.

Somebody actually counted this.
Fox News has repeated the phrase "Mental Health" 16 times in a 20 minute news segment on the shooting tonight.
