Looking for mom/son incest story based in Australia!

Hey, first thanks in advance! But I am looking for a specific story I don't remember the name.
I think it was based in Australia, it involved a town, where every few months, all the men swap wives and houses for a few days. The young kids are sent away. Once the some comes of age, he chooses to sleep with and spend time in his own house, with his mother!

Have looked everywhere including the site search, advanced search and google search. Just cant find it. Thanks in advance again and really looking forward to the response.

I also remember the story. The houses had a sign when they were occupied for sex. The dad was going home and was suprised and annoyed that their house had the sign but didnt know that their son chose the mother. Dont remember the name tho.

@atam12 thanks for writing back. I am certain and confident its not a mix of several stories, it is just 1 story. I am sure I read it in the last year. I have to assume it has been deleted. Anyways, thanks again.

More details as I remember them

as @hihohi mentioned, "The houses had a sign when they were occupied for sex."

The mom is shocked to find her son there, but gives in as those are the rules. After the first exchange the dad find out and is not happy. The son tries to convince the mother to sleep with him again, but she resists his advances as if nothing happened. So at the next exchange the chooses his own house and mom again. Anyways, not expecting it to, but hoping the additional details jog someones memory.

Not to sound like a jerk, but I don't understand why people don't favorite these stories or put them on their reading list, or even save the link in the bookmarks on their device.

Lit created those features so you'd always have the stories saved, but seems a lot of people don't bother.

I did a story search using the terms "Australia, swap, incest, mom, son" and came up with 21 stories but none that seemed to be what you were describing.

I also tried a story tag search on "wife swap" and had lots of results but not a lot were in the incest category, and none of them seemed to match what you were describing either.

I have done all that and more. Can't find it. But thanks for the effort. The only explanations are 1. The story is mis-tagged or the 2.The story has been removed. I am just hoping someone else read it and remembers that name or something. But once again thanks for the effort.
