As sarcastic non-advice, just fill the original post with abusive, hateful rhetoric, and then tag everyone who has replied so far to label them with vile epithets. Force the site to burn down the thread and salt the earth.
But in reality that would probably just result in a redacted post and a time-out or banning of you rather than a deleted thread.
If you really want it gone, try to convince the mod to move it to Story Discussion Circle, which seems to basically be a graveyard.
