I spend a few minutes with IRS form 1040-X. I was prudent and got my taxes in early in the year, but then, there was an epiphany that some of the state's handout to residents was not taxable. And, it was my duty to alert the IRS to the fact that they had too much of my money.

The bike went in to the shop on Saturday. It was giving me the flickering oil pressure sender lamp thing. The Guy (Wrench) called. The sender would be the easy thing. It has a new sender, but it's still doing it. The interruption seems to be some electronic piece of shit called the Body Control Module. Oh joy!!! New one: $2200. Fuck me to tears. Not to fear, my wrench is resourceful. He's calling around to see if anyone else has run into this and if so, what did they do. Also, is there a rewire or bypass arrangement which will solve it.


We'll see what happens.
