This society worships whatever crap black people come up with. This society is so deferential to black people that black people today are actually doing worse than their grandparents in school despite not being limited in educational opportunities in any way and having it way easier than white kids.

World-building can be personally entertaining but a story needs a hook. There's nothing in what you posted above to drive the narrative forward. "What if America … but super-racist!" is boring. What's your inciting incident? Who is your protagonist? What or who are they struggling against? What sort of climax are you driving toward? What kind of catharsis? What the hammer? What the chain?

Even though you say it's not about sex, wallowing in world-building is masturbatory. Move on!

I write a wide variety of smut with all sorts of bizarro premises, so I'm just going to workshop this idea a bit.

Hmm … a cuckquean story where a white wife gets off by seeing her white husband fuck a black woman … .

It seems pretty straightforward. Rich white guy starts fucking the black maid, and his wife decides she likes to watch. It would be easy to write, but why bother?

The spice of the traditional cuckold story comes from the power inversion of a black man fucking a white woman in the racist society we live in.

Flipping the power relationship between black and white means you have to do a lot of world-building to explain why the core premise is sexy. Too much exposition is boring. By the time you get to the fucking you will probably have lost your reader.

Jim Crow era never happens, blacks become the cultural elite in the south, setting up the reverse power dynamic that might make this story work.

While it is not implausible, you are right that it takes too much expository world building to be workable on a story site like Literotica, but it might work as an alt-history novella with the erotica as a side plot.

I think I've worked out why QueanKing's worldbuilding is so bizarre. This is kind of convoluted so bear with me:

He believes he lives in a world where non-Europeans are dominant and white culture is marginalized.

He wants to write a story set in an imaginary world where whites are in charge and white culture is widely admired. Because whites are so awesome, this imaginary world is a paradise, with peace and prosperity and no racial animosity.

His imaginary paradise is basically the real world we all live in right now, but better because it's whiter.

It's like the fictional novel The Grasshopper Lies Heavy from The Man in the High Castle. But if Philip K. Dick had been suffering from the delusion that his frame story--that the allies lost World War II--was true.
